Thanks for the comment. Never did I mention anywhere on my site that it's their fault that the lenses didn't work out. I'm just here to report the truth, patients should be informed and know exactly & realistically what to expect when it comes to post-refractive contact lens fitting. It's not easy. In case you don't know, I was actually the first ex-lasik patient who approached the optometrist (not optician) seeking for help and they had no experience beforehand in treating patients like me, so there wasn't any reputation to start with. There are many patients out there who don't even know that such lenses exist, so consider this a free publicity for these guys. If you know of any ex-lasik patients who's able to achieve good vision with CL, please let me know, I would like to speak with them personally.

Hi Wong, don't think you should mention names of those who tries to help you, namely the opticians who tried fitting you with contact lenses to help you with your vision so that you can function. I don't think it is any fault of theirs where the issue of poor vision after lasik is concern, and you might actually affect their reputation, causing people to think that they cannot fit lenses properly for those who had lasik problems. I have heard of people who can still achieve good vision (after lasik) with contact lens, so it is not impossible at all.

just my two cents,
